This survey investigates how online content—such as try-on videos, user reviews, and influencer recommendations—shapes perceptions of the brand Forever 21. All data are anonymous. No names, contact details, or identifying information will be collected. Basic demographic data (age and gender) will only be used for academic analysis, stored securely on UAL-managed systems, and accessed only by the researcher and supervisor. All data will be deleted within four weeks after the study is completed. You may withdraw at any time before submitting the questionnaire. By submitting this questionnaire, you explicitly consent — under the GDPR — to the processing of your anonymous data for research purposes.
